Salesperson was very nice but finance department added certain charges for some items that was way more than sticker price. They tried to charge me 599.00 for nitrogen filled tires and 399.00 for four locking lug nuts. They also addes an extended warranty even thimi explicitly told them i didnt want an extended warraanty especially on that 3300.00. The sticker,price on the nitrofill tires on sticker said 199.00 and price of lug nuts was suppose to be 99.00 according to sticker. I took my 2025 Ford Bronco OuterBanks there for Oil Change and tire rotation. After finishing and preparing to pay me and husband noticed there was a $4.99 charge for a document storage fee! I inquired about what that was and was told that they charge this to keep your documents as to what they do to your vehicle. Why!, any Ford dealership in the United States can pull up what has been done to your vehicle including Car Fax always has your maintenance and anything else done to your vehicle. This is a bull crap charge.

My Escape was totaled at the end of November. I knew I wanted the same kind of vehicle & after searching online, I found the perfect Escape for me. Never even heard of the dealer before. Drove down from Lagrange to see a Honda Ridgeline. Matt Sanford was great to work with. There was a little bit of the annoying car dealer back and forth with the manger but I felt like they listened and were trying go get me what I wanted. Ultimately we made a deal that worked very well to me and they did a good job completing the transaction quickly so I wasn’t there all day.
I had this dealership service my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor due to a parking brake malfunction. The advisor that was in charge of servicing my vehicle was Josh Vaughn. Josh Vaughn did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle, and helped with everything in between the beginning and the end of the service. I couldn't appreciate his help and this dealership more!

Purchased a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler a year ago. The hardtop has a crack in it. There is no further damage that would indicate a point of impact. I was advised to start a warranty call with Jeep which was fruitless. They directed me back to the dealership. I drove from Montgomery to purchase a truck after seeing it online at Cars.com. I confirmed it was there and the Cam would be taking care of us. My son and I test drove it and they worked up a sheet based on the numbers that were advertised at full asking price. Their offer for my trade was extremely low.
